Title: NURSING MAKING A DIFFERENCE (Reflection and Personal action plan) Introduction On this assignment the author will utilise the reflective cycle (Gibbs 1988) as a framework to review experiences from the management simulation day. I writing up reflection I will use both the first person and the third person in the pursuit of reflexivity (Webb 1992). The reflection will emphasise on the personal aspects of both verbal and non-verbal communications as this contributes to the quality of nursing care (Hinchiff S, Norman S, Schober J. 2003). The transferable skill of communication will be reviewed. An action plan in the communication skills for the personal and professional development of the author has been developed and presented.
