Nurses have a very demanding job as they work long hours in stressful situations, so they therefore become easily tired because of the strains from working. Because of this it is essential that they are aware of the codes of practice and ethics they have to follow. Nurses have to be able to work within the guide lines in the code or practice and code of ethics before treating any client as they need to be aware of the policies and guideline set before providing any treatment or care in any way. They should also be aware of what they can and cannot do involving treating and caring for a client. Nurses are responsible for there own action and can be struck off by the NMC if the client feels they have not been mistreated in any
