The purpose of this assignment is to explore the various roles of the Multi Professional Team (MPT) within health care provision, and further examine the importance of effective communication between its team members with relation to the delivery of health care to clients. The assignment will concentrate on two specific areas; firstly, the concept of the MPT will be discussed, along with a brief outline of the professional bodies involved and the nature of their input.
