Re coursework The problems that I will be discussing that face developing countries are Health Care and Debt. I will be examining one particular country and commenting on the problems, government and some of the individuals and organisations working to inside this particular country. This country is Zambia. Debt has crippled the development of many countries. Zambia does not owe the highest amount of debt, but it has a smaller economy, so this debt is affecting its people. In every developing country the debt increases weekly due to high interest rates, for example sub-Saharan Africa pays US$10 billion a year on servicing their debts. This is four times the amount that they spend on Health and education each year. There are 41 countries world wide affected by debt. The amount owed in 1980 was US$55 billion, it now stands at US$215 billion. Zambia owes $7 billion US to various world banks,...
