Experiencing a Crisis: user perspectives module assessment (Module code: HCN13-2) Martina Bazikova In this assessment the author will identify a crisis suffered by a user she encountered in practice from a bio-psychosocial perspective and explore the implications this had for both the user and for nursing practice. The user in this case is a patient and, for the purposes of this enquiry, he is christened Sam. An introduction to Sam's case, his circumstances and the crisis caused by his acute myocardial infarction can be found in Appendix One.
