When I got my first full time position at payroll processing unit after my gracious, charming, sweet little baby's (Rashi) birth. I had no option other than to leave her in day care center. Although I tried couple of baby sitters, day care centers all of my experiments left me with horrible experiences. Initially our first baby sitter-Ryan did an excellent job. She took care of Rashi very well and Rashi was also in good health and good moods. After sometime, issues started coming up slowly. Ryan started taking her job very lightly. She was not as careful as she used to be. One day, my husband went to our house to collect some important papers. At that time, Rashi was playing in living room alone while baby sitter was talking to somebody over the phone. She
