How can these problems be overcome? Access to health and social care in the community has often created a lot of conflicts especially with people who have drug dependency problems. Not only those having a drug dependency problem had difficulty in accessing community care but also people from the black and minority ethnic group. I am going to use examples from the course materials to illustrate and discuss how these problems arises and will find solutions or strategies on how these problems could be overcome to promote access to services for people who are disadvantaged.
