A management style will describe the different ways that the managers treat their employees. Also the way they are in charge of the employees. Democratic Management Style: Democratic management style involves empowerment. Individuals and teams are given the responsibility to make decisions, usually with a given framework. The team is then responsible for the decisions that it makes. A manager with this style will feel comfortable allowing others to make decisions. The democratic manager will need to have a good understanding of the decisions that are being made and will want regular feedback on the results. However they will have the confidence that the empowered individuals and teams will use the responsibility wisely. The organisation is likely to flat with multi-directional flows of communication between members. Likely to be a team based approach. The organisation is also likely
