People can get to know many cultures, their lifestyles, traditions, habits, cuisine and music. In big cities there are many different restaurants which offer their national food and drink together with an existing new atmosphere. Experiencing and understanding different cultures is the first part of acceptance. The UK has been a multicultural country for hundreds of years. Different races and nationalities should be recognised. I mean if citizens are integrated will there be such as thing as a Scottish/Irish/Welsh/English person. Why there were different cultures as far back as 1000s. You had the Celts, the Anglo-Saxons, Vikings and Normans. Why should it be a big deal now? Wake up! England has been multicultural since the dawn of time. London is a roman word and the royal family can hardly be called English.
