Due to the fast development of technology, the popularity of cars has increased enormously and cars are also widely used. In New Zealand, anyone passes the age of 16 is able to get a learner license. But in this modern world, teenage driving has been considered unsafe and is linked to many serious problems. And the legal driving age should rise to 20. Teenage driving is high risk and very dangerous. Teenagers are groups of people who grow to maturity both mentally and physically. They tried to act like an adult and being cool. But my opinion is teenagers are not mature enough to have the full control over a vehicle and taking the responsibility of the passengers abroad.
