My solutions will be between 0m - 2m, and I will have five samples. Method 1. I will begin by pouring an equal quantity of five different concentrations of solution into five different test tubes. I will then heat these test tubes in a water bath, at approximately 40?, (as a higher temperature would kill enzymes, and the tissue). 2.
