It is an extensively recognized as an important management tool and concept for businesses as it provides managers with a management methodology to help bridge the gap between strategic objectives and their operational activates. It also provides feedback around both the internal businesses and external outcomes in order to continuously improve strategic performance. When integrated fully, the balance scorecard transforms the businesses' strategic planning
