Users are involved throughout the design process and their needs are taken into consideration. Such a method is termed User-Centred Design. One of the principals is to focus on the user and the user's needs. Users should be the main concern in the design process, rather than the technical consideration. A task analysis should be carried out in which details of the user's tasks and information about the task environment are collected, so enhancing the understanding of user's needs.
