The first process being normalization, done through the nine forms given to us (in Microsoft Excel format). Normalization: This section of the assignment took a long time to complete and went through many different versions to get to the one included here. The purpose of normalizing the data is to get the information down to the simplest form and extract the entities ready to place in an ERM. Began the process by taking the entities from the Excel tables given to us and putting them into a table under the name Unified Normal Form (UNF).
