3D Gait Analysis (GA) is a tool that enables quantitative evaluation of posture and gait and helps to provide evidence of their variations from normality. Since it is non-invasive, it is possible to repeat the analysis many times in a short period. GA plays an important role in human movement analysis. Moreover, GA has been demonstrated to be very effective in the analysis of subjects affected by Cerebral Palsy (CP), in fact, using GA, it is possible to characterize each patient's locomotory pattern [1], to define the most suitable treatment for the specific situation [2,3] and to evaluate the treatment outcome in a quantitative way [4].
