The Action Adventure film genre, is a very broad genre, nearly every film will have a bit of action in it. Any film you have ever seen that is in the Action Adventure genre is designed to be thrilling, and action packed. The director of a successful action film can only be called successful if the film, he/she has made, keeps you balanced on the edge of your seat, and in occasional circumstances, actually make you fall off your seat! In order for a film to be considered as part of the Action genre, the film must contain the codes and conventions of the Action genre, such as: a lot of action! Almost all successful action movies contain violence, threat, heroism, destruction, and fairly often a love story, going...
