The Truman show The Truman show is a film about a reality TV show. In the reality TV show there is a make believe city that has been built in a dome. In this Dome they have filmed the life of 'Truman'. Truman was chosen from 5 unwanted pregnancies and doesn't start to realise that his whole life has been a lie until now. The Truman show was created by Christoph (played by Ed Harris). In the film they show some of the viewers that watch the Truman show. For example, The man in the bath - The security guards - In the TV program Truman's dad was killed off by drowning during a sailing trip. The reason Christoph decided to add this to the plot is that it made Truman scared of water so it would be impossible to escape from the island. But In the show the actor that...
