How do the Blair Witch Project trailers hook the viewer? The trailers for the Blair Witch Project hook the viewer in a range of different ways. There are three trailers for the Blair Witch Project; they were made to persuade people to go to the cinema and watch the film. The trailers and the film are aimed at people aged fourteen to thirty. The film is a horror film, the viewer can tell this because the conventional elements of a horror film match with those of the trailer. One of the ways the trailers hook the viewer is by leaving questions in the viewers' mind that the viewer would want answered.
