The film let him have It directed by Peter Medak and released in 1990 shows the true life story of a 19 year old man who was a victim of a miscarriage of justice. In 1953 he was executed for the murder of a policeman even though he never fired a shot, was under arrest at the time the shooting happened and he also had a mental age of just eleven years old.
