How do different film trailers try to attract the audience to see the film? Introduction This essay will be telling you about how film trailers attract the audiences and the different types of Genres in them. I realised that the trailers use action the draw people in to watch the film. These trailers are very clever as they act like adverts but are released before the film comes out, this is done to make people want to watch it. They also use Music to attract people i.e. (Romantic = Love tune or song, Action = Hard Rock song etc) Different film trailers use a variety of things to attract the audience even if it's Action, Romance, and Horror etc, all of these will have some way to attract people to see the main feature, for example in Action it could be explosions or guns that attracts people to watch it, and in thrillers...
