Anita and Me In this essay I shall start off by telling you briefly what the story is about. Then I will move on to discussing the points raised in the film and in class. The story "Anita and Me" is basically how a young Punjabi twelve-year-old girl grows up in different surroundings to that of most other Punjabi girls.
