Analysis of Switchblade Romance At a first glance the title and overall colours on the poster suggest it is a horror as red is the colour for danger, blood, fire and passion. Upon further investigation you notice three people on the poster, two females either side of what seems to be a male figure. The females look in their early twenties but have a look of fear on their faces, also they have blood on their faces, this suggest they have been hurt in some kind of way this enhances the horrific affect. Straight away your eyes are attracted to the bold white title "switchblade romance" at the bottom centre of the poster, white makes it stand out from the dark background and also it is bloodstained suggesting blood shed is present in the movie.
