Governments agrees that constraints and restrictions should be considered and therefore will urge the need for censorship, yet some movements and foundations consider freeing this information as a characteristic of liberal democracies. In this paper, the Dilemma of information censoring will be examined In particular the question of whether digital information should be subjected to censorship and control, or whether individuals should take responsibility for themselves and supervision over those on their care will be discussed. Furthermore, factors affecting censorship such as cultures, societies, moral values, and religions will be discussed.
