Tort Written Work Assignment Spring Term Aaron Heslop Written Work Assignment This case scenario consists of seven parties that are all linked by four main issues. Each issue will be discussed in chronological order leading to a delineated, structured answer that will lead to advice being given in relation to the various parties. The first main issue is that Ingrid is a landlord and is aware of the experiments involving development of a petrol substitute in Jane's flat, which is directly adjacent to Karl; another of Ingrid's tenants.
