1.0 Terms Of Reference My boss, a senior partner, has been consulted by Mitchell Associates regarding Mr Watson, who had his property surveyed but was given the wrong information by a trainee surveyor Geoff. He therefore wishes to pursue action against them. 2.0 Procedure In order to obtain the relevant law I visited the library and researched the appropriate textbooks and Internet sites. This report is to be submitted on Monday 26th January at 5:30pm. 3.0 Findings 3.1 Facts Geoff is a trainee surveyor employed by Mitchell Associates, a firm of surveyors. He carried out a valuation survey on 9 Jubilee Terrace, his tapes and notes were checked over by his boss, Smith at the office but he was not supervised during the survey.
