Kuwait Rules ARBITRAITON LAWS LAW NO. 11 OF 1995 ON JUDICIAL ARBITRATION - CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL ARTICLES Having perused the constitution and Law No. 17 of 1993, on judicial fees, and Law Decree No. 38 of 1980, promulgating the Civil & Commercial Procedure Code; and Law Decree No. 40 of 1980, promulgating the law organizing the Expertise, The National Assembly has ratified the following law, which we hereby sanction and promulgate: ARTICLE 1 One or more Arbitration Panels shall be set up at the seat of Court of Appeal, duly comprising of three judiciary - men and two arbitrators, each of whom shall be nominated by each of the disputing parties, even when they are numerous, from among those arbitrators duly listed in the Roll, appropriately prepared for the said purpose and kept at the Arbitration Department of the Court of any Appeal or from among such others.
