Introduction Lease and license are the day-to-day usage transactions that occur in the market about the transfer of property. The property, which can be stated as nothing but a bundle of rights, and the Transfer of Property do take into considerations of either transferring the whole bundle of rights or transferring a part of the rights, which are possessed, by the owner or the possessor of such rights. Lease and license are also transferring of the rights which are possessed, partial transfer of the rights but in both the cases they differ to a great extent so as with reference to the rights and liabilities of the lessor and the lessee in case of a lease and licensor and the licensee in case of the license and this distinction is to be taken into considered when a person who has transferred the right has done it by the way...
