This discussion is going to explore the changes in international relations theory and globalization, which has caused radical changes with respect to war criminals and the methods that acts of genocide can occur, e.g. the destroying of traditional lands, which has caused hardship and subsequently the deaths of those persons. This discussion will also consider the definition of genocide and consider whether the definition is too limited, especially in respect to the modern approaches to human rights...
