Critically asses if articles 8 to 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights allow the state too much latitude in their qualification to interfere with those rights. This essay will asses if articles 8 to 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights allows the the state too much freedom to intefere with their rights. It will do this by describing the Qualified, Absolute, and Limited Rights, and will then discuss Articles 8, in regards to the right for a private life, and Article 10, in view of the right to freedom of expression.
