Law of Constitution Constitution has to have recognition and obligations which could define the constitution of a modern and complex government. It has many written characteristics such as the ability or limits of the leader and separate government institution of voting and time limits and often provides rights to individuals. Dicey was a professor of English law. He went by three rules which he followed in English law. He believed there should be equality before the law. Despite the supremacy of Parliament, Dicey theories of the rule of law may be significant in at least three ways which were, "Parliament is the supreme law making body and can make laws on any subject what so ever", "Parliament can't bind its successor", "No person including a court of law may question the law of Parliament" The classic test of Parliamentary Supremacy came from Dicey when he made these three statements if they were...
