You will learn about the laws regarding abortion prior to the United States Court Ruling in the Roe vs. Wade case, the outcome of the Roe vs. Wade case, as well as the future battle over abortion access in the United States. Included, will also be state bills created to overturn Roe vs. Wade, and some proposed anti-abortion laws. We will also compare and contrast Canada's view with the United State's view. All in all, this paper will give you a general view of how abortion became legal, and the obstacles ahead of us, as a society, in either keeping it legal, or overturning it to make it illegal.
