THE UK'S DOCTRINE OF PARLIAMENTARY SOVEREIGNTY IS A RELIC OF THE PAST AND HAS NO PLACE IN A MODERN EUROPEAN STATE. CRITICALLY EVALUATE THE ACCURACY OF THIS STATEMENT.
