One of the biggest problems is the cost of cases. For poor people and even for those on moderate incomes, it is often too expensive for those on moderate incomes; it is often too expensive for them to take a case to court. Legal Aid is Professional legal services available usually to persons or organizations unable to afford such services. Most people when they have a legal problem need expertise advice and or representation in court from a lawyer. For lots of people there are difficulties with this because going to court is seen as expensive, they don't have enough knowledge...
