Law Essay Explain the difference between law, morality and justice. These three statements are very important in modern life and are closely interconnected. Law are the rules of either a country or certain area and are laid down by the government. Judges and magistrates and other members of the legal section enforce them. The law is supposed to treat all people equal and the same, regardless to certain circumstances and complications. The law must be followed exactly as it is stated and it aims to carry out justice. However, unlike law, justice is an interpretation of which each individual has a different opinion. An example of a situation where the law was changed in order to carry out justice was the Reveille case. Mr. Reveille shot and injured a burglar who attempted to rob his property.
