HND LAW ADMINISTRATIVE Ben has been directly affected by a number of administrative actions taken by the Secretary of State and other government bodies under the terms of the Dignity in Old Age Act 2006. Under section 31(3) of the Supreme Court Act 1981 Ben may challenge the acts and decisions of the UK government with the leave or permission of the High Court. This procedure is known as judicial review.
