We are going to try to analyze different methods and manners that they apply in understanding the actual meaning of legislation. The dictionary says that a statute in the original sense of the word means the legislation of a session. In the reference to modern legislation the word "statute" denotes a chapter of legislation or what is otherwise called an Act of Parliament. Statutes are written by the Parliament.
