Facts: On the 1st February 2001 the 'Mirror' newspaper carried as its first story on its front page an article headed 'Naomi: I am a drug addict'. The article was supported on one side by a picture of Miss Campbell as a glamorous model, on the other side by a distinct photo of Miss Campbell, over the caption it stated 'Therapy: Naomi outside meeting'.
