The meaning of justice is pretty well captured in a more familiar term, 'fairness'. Justice is a complex concept that pervades social thought to an unrivalled extent. it is basic to law, ethics and politics alike. Justice involves acting to put right what has been done wrong. In this essay i am going to look at two concepts of justice, Restorative Justice and Distributive Justice. Im going to explore each of their key features and meanings, as well as their strenghs and weaknesses. To help me do this i am going to look at reasearchers such as Tony F.
