I will be looking at the cases of Silje Raedergard and James Bulger to compare how the killers were tried, and what are the subsequent actions/decisions came from their trials I will also be looking into whether or not both sets of killers got a fair trial and whether or not they understood what was going on around them at the trial. In the case of James Bulger, his killers Robert Thompson and Jon Venables were 'doli incapax' or old enough to take responsibility for their actions in the eyes of British law.
