The case in this assignment lies under the law of contract, more specifically under the problems of offer and acceptance; it is a case which involves three parties Sarah, Edward and Mark. The issues in this case revolve around these parties and the aim of this essay is to offer advice to them. This will be done by a complete analysis of the issues, the laws relating to the issues, the identification of the agreements and its legal elements.
