One of the first areas that should be looked into is the fact that Bob had a contract with Inter Stella Ltd to supply a specific component part specific to he's description. If that part were manufactured wrong even though Bob's information is right, Inter Stella Ltd would be in breach of contract. What we first have to look into is the law surrounding this area and what the two parties would turn to as a line of defence.
