Bibliography & References 1.0 Summary In review of the amendments made to the JCT 98 form of contract, the amendments fall into two categories, those that are required to meet the requirements of new legislation, and those that are designed to improve or rectify existing clauses. The amendments are in large difficult to criticise without experiencing the practical application of the contract in the working environment.
