Law Coursework In order to answer this question we must look at how well the exclusion clauses were incorporated into the contract between Angus and Pyramid Holidays. "A contract is an agreement which the law will enforce". This means that if one party does not keep up his side of the contract then the courts will provide a remedy to the other party. In a "breach of contract" i.e. when a party of the contract has failed situation this remedy can include forcing the party in breach to perform their side of the contract. Even if this is not the case the courts can still order them to fulfil the contractual obligations the party not in breach will usually receive damages i.e. monetary compensation.
