I have looked at the information that you have supplied to me, I can see that Tay your order limited have included in the contract, which you have a copy of, a clause which states that if the goods or services that have been contracted for are not delivered or completed by the stated date then the sum of £250 per day will be payable to them for every day until the work is completed. As this clause was included in the contract that both parties have copies of, it must be assumed that you have agreed to this clause as you have accepted the contract.
