This will include what an invitation to treat is, what an offer is, and the different kinds of offer, acceptance of an offer, as well communication, revocation and termination of an offer. The three main parties in the scenario that need to be advised are Alison, Bryon and Demetri. The scenario involves use of an invitation for a tender. A tender is a competitive bid for a business. A person selling goods or looking for a supplier for goods or services will invite people to tender and will normally choose the most favourable tender.
