CSI 2910 Engineers try their best everyday to make sure that everything they build is safe for everyone. Sometimes the advice offered by engineers is taken as is and accidents happen. That's when you have people suing engineers for something that they should have been aware of. When dealing with making contracts the most important thing is to make sure the other party has full legal capacity. If that does not exit then problems might occur later on depending on the situation. In my opinion in today's society the law is effective most of the time but then you have those couple of cases that are out of hand and they are time consuming to deal with. Today when engaging in a contract there is much more time put in to detail the contract itself then the actual work being done. People today are afraid of being sued for money...
