Christianity RS2- How do Christians treat the Bible and how does the book influence their life and behavior? All Christians view the bible as the word of god. There are three main types of interpretation of the bible. They all interpret it in different ways. All Christians believe that the bible is the word of God but it is interpreted in three main ways. A fundamentalist believes that the bible is the exact word of God; and was dictated to the writer word for word. They believe that every word is free from error as it is Gods literal word. Conservatives believe that God spoke to the writer and they interpreted what he said in their own way and have the writer's influence and personality included.
