Discuss freewill and determinism in relation to human moral responsibility for evil In this essay I will be examining what issues can be raised from freewill and determinism in regard to human responsibility for evil. I will do this by briefly setting out what is meant by freewill and determinism - including in this some of the arguments for and against each one. Then I will define what we mean by human responsibility for evil before going on to explore the impacts freewill and determinism has upon human responsibility for evil. Most humans believe we have freewill, then we are in control of our actions and our lives and then nothing determines how we act. It seems reasonably, at first, to think this, for if we didn't have freewill and the ability to make our own decisions it would call the entire meaning of our lives into question.
