Constructing a House This project is about constructing a new home, as the title states. The Problem The problems are the whole project needs to be split into a series of activities (some need to be carried out simultaneously), each activity requires a certain amount of time to complete and the number of workers required to complete the activity on time in order to complete the whole project on time without any delays.
