Is the London Dungeons a good method of educating people about the past or is it just a form of entertainment? By Rebecca Baldesare Background The London Dungeons aims to shock the audience by showing the brutality of England over the past centuries; this includes wax models and interactive tours, using the darker side of London's history from. It is aimed at a family audience and there was a long queue to get in, fortunately Id pre booked, otherwise there would have been a couple of hours wait to get in. The museum has four main tours. The wicked women which is a trip back in time with the most 'devious, deadly and dangerous women', Jack the Ripper murders which follows the footsteps of the infamous 1888 serial killer, that took place in the east end of London. Judgment Day is about an execution barge that took their unfortunate victims on a final trip...
